Our Technology
NexGen's admixture platform is built on Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) chemistry — the current global standard in concrete admixture technology. PCE-based admixtures offer superior water reduction, workability retention, and compatibility with blended cements and supplementary cementitious materials compared to older naphthalene or lignosulphonate-based products. Our formulations span High, Mid, and Low PCE performance tiers, allowing us to match the right product to every application — from self-compacting concrete for metro structures to standard-grade residential pours.
Our dry-mix product range is engineered with equal rigour. Each formulation — spanning tile adhesives, grouts, block jointing mortars, wall putty systems, and cementitious non-shrink grouts — is precision dry-mixed to deliver consistent performance across varying site conditions, substrate types, and application methods. The range is designed for ease of use without compromise on bond strength, finish quality, or long-term durability.
